China suppliers offer brushless DC motors for home appliances, vehicles, drones, and medical and industrial equipment.
China's typical brushless DC motors have 3 to 72VDC input voltage, up to 20A rated current and more than 70 percent efficiency. Sound level is below 50dB.
The main applications include home appliances, traditional and electric vehicles, drones, and medical and industrial equipment.
All locally manufactured brushless motors meet CE, IEC, RoHS and UL requirements. The components used, including stators, rotators, magnets, shafts and sensors, are mostly sourced in China. Some makers also employ imported variants of the last.
Material and component cost has been stable, keeping product prices flat. The same trend is projected for the rest of the year, although some companies are not ruling out increases in quotes if labor expenditure climbs further.
