The latest automotive LED headlights from China feature components that disperse heat and manage the flow of electricity properly to prolong product service life.

Models usually integrate fans and heat sinks to help keep LED temperature down. This is essential for sustaining beam brightness over time. For some units, heat dissipation is automatic.

To prevent overheating, voltage spikes and short circuits, many headlights have chips, CPUs or drivers that maintain a constant current or are not affected by interference and radiation.

Many automotive headlights are also resistant to water, dust and impact. These have IP67- or IP68-rated housings. One model in this gallery is sealed using silicone for better durability.

Guangzhou Skeenway Electronics Co. Ltd's model 9005(HB3) car LED headlight delivers 30W, 3,600 lumens and a 360-degree beam. It adopts US or Germany Philips or Cree XM-L2 chips.
