Many models produce RGB colors with some featuring color-changing properties. Life span is 50,000 hours.
The selection of LED underwater lights from China is distinct with its use of red, green, blue and yellow colors instead of the usual white, although various shades of white are still common. One unit featured in the gallery comes with a special property in which the beam's color changes automatically according to a preset time and a chosen color combination.
As regards beam quality, models can be fitted with up to 144 LEDs that can produce 500 to 550 lumens. Angles can be adjusted manually or automatically from 15 to 120 degrees. A featured unit is controllable via an RF remote.
In terms of durability, most releases boast an IP68 rating, which means that it is resistant to water and dust. Models also have steel or plastic housings and glass covers to further protect from leaks and pressure. Units can last 30,000 to 50,000 hours.

Chinese Clean Tech Componets Co. Ltd's CTC-HW114-ST-1B model boasts an IP68 rating and a power of only 1.5W. It uses one LED with a beam angle of 60 degrees. The light runs on 12V and is housed in stainless steel. Size is 43x43mm. Fifty units is the minimum order required, each listed at $3 to $5.
Remote-controlled
The KPAR56-144LED-1-1-1 model from Shenzhen Good-Life Electronic Industry Co. Ltd can be controlled via an RF remote from a distance of 10m. The IP68-rated underwater light is equipped with 144 LEDs that produce RGB colors and 500 to 550 lumens. It runs on 12VAC and lasts 50,000 hours. Power is 7W. The minimum order is 500 units.
Adjustable beam angle
Signcomplex Ltd's SD-018-D3-RGB-01 model comes with a mount that allows the beam angle to be adjusted manually. It is built with 6 RGB LEDs that provide a projection distance of more than 50m. The underwater light adopts a die-cast steel housing and a 4mm tempered glass cover. Life span is 50,000 hours. Each unit is offered at $10 to $30.
Automatic color-changing
The UTQL34-60C model from Suzhou Union Tech Import & Export Co. Ltd features an automatic color-changing property using red, green, blue, white and yellow beams. The underwater light is housed in plastic and fitted with 60 pieces of 5mm LEDs. It runs on 12VAC with a 500mA current. Cable length is 10m. MOQ is 1,000 units.
RGB lights
The BTL-1316 model from Wujiang Shineway Lighting Material Co. Ltd is an underwater bathtub light that adopts three LEDs that produce RGB beams, including red, white, blue, yellow and green. The IP68-rated product runs on 12VAC and consumes 0.3W. It is housed in ABS. Minimum order required is 1,000 units.
50,000-hour life span
Zhongshan Sharing Lighting Co. Ltd's SHS215-ST-18RGB-0319 model lasts 30,000 to 50,000 hours and withstands a temperature of -40 to 55 C. It produces RGB and warm white lights with a beam angle of 15 to 120 degrees. The IP68-rated underwater light has 18 18W LEDs. It runs on 12 to 24V. Size is 210x70mm. The minimum order is 10 units.
