AMOLED and PMOLED variants in 0.5 to 5in form the bulk of OLED display supply in mainland China.
Monochromatic and full-color AMOLED and PMOLED units from mainland China suppliers come in 0.5 to 5in. These have 72x32, 128x64 or 128x96-pixel resolution, and 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The displays are widely adopted in mobile and test devices. These comply with the RoHS directive.
ITO film, polarizers, chips and UV adhesive are among the key materials and components used in the production of OLED displays. The first three are mostly sourced from US and Taiwan companies. Some makers also turn to local providers such as Shenzhen Sapo and Shenzhen Sunnypol for polarizers, and Shenzhen O-Film Tech for ITO film.
The cost of manufacturing inputs is expected to remain stable and keep prices unchanged until the year's end.

1.13in monochrome OLED display with 128x128 pixels
DLC Display Co. Ltd's model DLC113AUOG 1.13in monochrome OLED display has 128x128-pixel resolution, 80cd/sqm brightness and 10,000:1 contrast ratio. It operates in -20 to 70 C.
The 37.62x41.31x1.45mm unit uses an SSD1329 driver IC and has an 8-bit parallel/serial interface. The active area measures 28.80x28.80mm.
The maker requires a minimum order of 1,500 units. Delivery is within 70 days.
0.96in OLED display operates in -40 to 85 C
This 0.96in OLED display from Golden Morning (HK) Electronic Co. Ltd, GMS-01 model, has 26.7x19.26mm viewing and 21.744x10.864mm active areas. It adopts an SSD1306 driver IC, and has an 8-bit 6800 or 8080 parallel, 3 or 4-wire SPI or I2C interface. The operating temperature range is -40 to 85 C.
The minimum order is 100 units. Delivery lead time is 35 days.
2.4in OLED display delivers 128x64 pixels
The model TX-OD24-M020 2.4in OLED display from Prosperous Industrial Group Ltd renders in 128x64-pixel resolution. Unit dimensions are 60.5x27x2.mm. The active area measures 55.01x27.49mm.
The minimum order of 1,000 units is delivered within 10 days.
0.66in OLED display has 120cd/sqm brightness
Shenzhen Betterliv Technology Co. Ltd's BHCQ6448WW28S01-A model is a 0.66in OLED display with 64x48-pixel resolution and 120cd/sqm brightness.
The 2.6 to 3.5V-rated unit has an SSD1306 driver IC. It operates in -40 to 85 C.
A minimum order of 100 units is required by the maker. Delivery lead time is 14 days.
