Qingdao Haier Intelligent Home Appliance Technology Co. Ltd launched recently SmartCare, the first portable intelligent home security automation system. It consists of gateway, smart plug, door and window magnetic sensor, multifunctional sensor and water level sensor. Through a single app, homes can be viewed and household appliances can be operated remotely.

Haier's SmartCare model sends alarm notifications and coordinates with users to prevent theft, and fire- and water-related home emergencies. The portable home security automation system also features a smart scenario setting.
