Fully Hong Electronics Co. Ltd offers a 12-layer HDI PCB with an FR-4 base, OSP, lead-free HAL or ENIG surface finish, and gold fingers. The controlled-impedance model supports BGA components.

The unit has 3mil line width and spacing, 0.2mm minimum hole size and 0.4 to 3.2mm board thickness. The solder mask is in green, blue, red or white.

Fully Hong can manufacture up to 60,000sqm PCBs a month. The supplier's key clients include Gree, Hisense, Midea, VTech and Skyworth.
