Cell and module efficiency can reach 19 and 16.78 percent, respectively. Tolerance is ±3 percent. The model utilizes six bypass diodes. It has an open circuit voltage of 45.2, 45.5, 45.6, 45.8 or 46V, maximum power voltage of 37.4, 37.8, 38.2, 38.6, 38.7 or 38.9V and open voltage of 1,000V. Short circuit current is from 8.72, 8.75, 8.78, 8.82, 8.86 or 8.9A while maximum power current is 8.02, 8.07, 8.12, 8.17, 8.27 or 8.36A. Working temperature is -40 to 80 C. Anhui Titan’s TDM100-A-36 model has 36 125x125mm solar cells tucked under a glass, EVA or TPT layer. The maximum power is 95, 100 or 105W. Module efficiency is 16.24 percent. Cells are up to 19 percent efficient. The system uses two bypass diodes and has a tolerance of ±3 percent. Open circuit voltages are 22.4, 22.6, 22.9V. Maximum power voltages are 18.4, 18.7 and 19.2V while maximum open voltage is 600V. Short circuit currents are 5.54, 5.81 and 5.86A. The maximum power currents are 5.15, 5.35 and 5.47A. The product measures 1,195x541x35mm. It operates between -40 and 85 C.

The FS-S106A model from Guangzhou Future features a 300W inverter and 18V 70W solar panel. The system works with a 12V 38Ah battery and a 12V 10A controller. One 3 or 5W or two 1W LEDs are included. The model charges mobile phones, laptops, desktop PCs, televisions, fridges and other appliances. Charging the system via grid or solar power takes about seven hours.

Seasun’s SPOA-500W model has a 500W rated and 750W surge power. The plug-and-play system is comprised of a 430x400x480mm galvanized steel cabinet and four 1,482x676x35mm 18V/150W solar panels. It produces pure sine waves at 50/60Hz. Conversion efficiency tops 90 percent. AC output is 230VAC ±5 percent while DC input and output is 24V. The model incorporates an LCD screen that shows charging and discharging status. A charging and discharging controller safeguards the batteries. Input and output wirings are also protected. The system switches automatically to utility grid when the battery level is low.

Seasun offers the plug-and-play SPOA-2500W model that includes a 650x400x1,400mm galvanized steel cabinet and 16 1,482x676x35mm 18V/150W solar panels. The system has a 2,500W rated and 3,500W surge power. It generates pure sine waves at 50/60Hz and has a conversion efficiency of 90 percent. Charging and discharging status is shown via an LCD. The model’s AC output is 230VAC while the DC input and output is 48V.
