How can we contact an un-contactable company?

Full Question We bought USB sticks from this company (http://www.newXXXXXusb.com) and have encountered some problem for data input. However, we are unable to contact this company via phone or email. Can you help us?

Answer To help you find some help, I have a few questions and comments:

1. There are a lot of scammers targeting USB buyers, I hope the site and situation is not like the one described at: Genuine products from china?
2. I see from the webpage you sent me that this supplier claims to have a 5 star ranking with www.GlobalSources.com. While I don't work for Global Sources, I know them well and it saddens me that a poor performing supplier like the one you have encountered not only brings you drama and financial loss, but it also affects the reputation of Global Sources. I am sure they would like to know about this vendor. Please do contact them directly at service@globalsources.com to make them aware and ask that they consider removing this supplier from their directory.
3. If the supplier is legit but you are having communication problems, you may want to engage an agent to not only to handle communications, but also advise on QC (Quality Check) plan to ensuring your money is protected.
4. Just in case the supplier still ignores you and your representatives, here are some ideas to get their attention.What is the value of the order and the terms of payment? If it is small, perhaps a demand lawyer from a China lawyer would help. If it is large, then using a collection agency may be the best choice. But if the order is too small, the collection agents tend not to take the project.

   Do you have the following:

   1. Purchase order under signature by supplier
   2. Proof of payment to the company listed on the PO (Purchase Order) or contract? (If the company you paid and the company you placed the order with are different, you will have a hard time relying on the law to get your money back, I am afraid.)
   3. Did you have the order inspected before the goods shipped out? If yes, please send the inspection report, it would help your case. (For your future reference, third party inspection agents only cost a few 100 USD to hire.)
