Trade shows are where you source the latest products from leading verified suppliers, while conferences are meetings where information, ideas and insights are exchanged. So, what if you have both in one place? Global Sources brings back this combination in October, pairing shows with a complementary series of conferences to help make the sourcing experience profitable and successful.

Experts in different fields gather to provide an update on industry innovations, technologies, trends and regulations, and discuss how all these can be harnessed to create or take advantage of opportunities in the market.

The October 11 to 14 Consumer Electronics show will feature a series of conferences in Hall 1, starting on Day 1 with 5G and the possible transformations this latest network technology will engender in the home, on the road and in businesses. Day 3 sets out to explore sourcing and supply chain approaches, touching on the smart ways of dealing with China manufacturers, bringing products to market and managing the impact of new EU regulations on online marketplaces. On the last day of the show, online and mobile strategies will form the core of discussion.

At the Mobile Electronics show, which runs on October 18 to 21, experts will foray into technologies that are forecast to have major impact on future devices.
