IP68 4G rugged smartphone

Model P1 from Shenzhen Phonemax Technology Co. Ltd is an IP68-rated Android 10-based touchscreen mobile phone that supports 2G/3G/4G network frequency bands. Wireless connectivity is through NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.

This rugged smartphone has location sensors that support GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, QZSS and GLL navigation systems. Its working temperature range is from -20 C to 60 C.

The unit has a 6.35in LCD in-cell touchscreen with 720x1560p resolution, an 8MP front-facing camera and a 21MP rear-facing camera. It has a 2.0GHz (P22) eight-core MTK6762 CPU. Storage capacity is 4GB with support for 128GB flash.

The unit measures 166.9x81x13.9mm and weighs 275g.  MOQ is five units and lead time is from seven to 14 days.

Rugged smartphones are designed for use in demanding environments. As such, they can withstand dust, shock, rain and extreme temperatures. They are produced for niche markets  like military personnel and crew of oil and gas rigs.  Analyst firm Market Reports World forecasts the global rugged smartphone sector to expand at 5.39 percent CAGR to reach $21.25 billion in value by 2027.
