Attendees saw a wide range of VR and AR applications.
Visitors to Global Sources Mobile Electronics got access to 250 booths of mobile VR/AR sourcing: the biggest such selection at any Asian trade fair. The product selection reflected the broadening range of VR and AR applications available. Notable trends on show included outside-in tracking solutions, consumer-level AR/MR hardware, and VR solutions for commercial and industrial use.
Mobile Electronics ran from April 18-21 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. The show had 2,700 booths, and focused on smartphones and tablets, mobile VR/AR, wearable devices and mobile accessories.
