It comes in 100/160, 200/250, 400 and 630V-rated variants. The insulation resistance exceeds 30,000Mohm at 100V and 20 C per minute. The operating temperature is -40 to 105 C.

The unit has UL94V-0-rated epoxy resin powder coating and suits high-frequency, AC, DC and pulse circuit applications.
