This rotary switch from Dongguan Hooya Electronics Co. Ltd requires 4.9±2N operating force and lasts 10,000 cycles. It comes in 125/250VAC, 8A (cUL) and 250V, 12 to 8(3)A-uT125/55 (ENEC 17) versions.

The model has 30mohm maximum initial contact and 100Mohm minimum insulation resistance at 500VDC, and 1,000VAC/min withstand voltage. The actuator and housing are made of nylon 66, and the contacts of silver alloy.

Dongguan Hooya's R&D team of more than 10 engineers develops five new products a month. NEC, Philips, Toshiba, Founder and Hasee are among the maker's key customers. The company is a subsidiary of Haoyu (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd.
