The model LY-608 motorcycle jacket from Shanghai Zemaotong Apparel Co. Ltd features a reflective LED strip on the back. The outerwear has a colorfast 600d oxford fabric exterior and a softshell interior. It also comes with a fixed and removable lining made of 190 tex nylon-PU and 210 tex polyester taffeta, respectively. The latter has a 120g padding. The jacket's closure adopts #5 nylon YKK zipper with adjustable Velcro. All materials comply with REACH while the five-piece protectors are CE-certified. Size ranges from M to XXXL. Black, orange and yellow are the color options.

Shanghai Zemotong's factory is equipped with 200 sewing machines, an advanced CAD system, lockstitch button holders, special equipment for thick materials, and taping and button machines. Bering, Yamaha, SQ and IXS are among the company's clients.
