The model DTQZ-2800-4D bridge-type stone cutter from Shandong Laizhou Datang Machinery Technology Co. Ltd has four lead pillars and multiple blades for cutting granite, marble and other stone blocks.

The machine knife moving in left and right direction is controlled by variable-frequency drive and the speed will be adjusted depending on the hardness of the stone. The lift moving up and down is driven via four pillars by oil hydraulic pressure cylinder or by a lead screw. The 180mm-diameter lead pillar is made of solid round steel plated with hard chromium and lubricated automatically.

The wear-resistant oil seal sleeve adopts DuPont PTFE. It is rolled in round pit to store the oil so that the machine can work during shortage or lack of oil supply. It also has a low friction factor and is abrasion-resistant. The front and rear blade movement is driven by high-precision lead screws on two sides of the beam. Some key parts integrate imported accessories.
