For CMOS sensors, Suiwa High Technology Electronic Industries (Xiamen) Co. Ltd's
rigid-flex PCB has an FR-4 or polyimide base, and ±1mil hole position and ±2mil finished board tolerance. The plated-through-hole copper thickness is 8 to 30µm.

The 6-layer unit has 0.15 to 6.7mm drilled holes and as small as 0.1mm finished vias. The inner-layer dielectric is 0.0275 to 0.1mm in thickness and the board 0.057 to 0.6mm.

Suiwa lists Panasonic, GE, Sharp, Sony and Motorola as key customers. It has a monthly output of 90,000sqm PCBs.
