The CP80/4KLL-R Round Pile from Dongguan HXCP Precision Machinery Co. Ltd is a nonstop paper folding machine that uses a combination of a buckle and a knife. Suitable for medium to large circulations, it allows nonstop operation, which increases daily production by more than 15 percent compared to flat-pile variants.

Paper can be pre-folded and pre-perforated and creased signatures can be processed. Sheet size that can be handled can be as small as 200x150mm to as large as 800x1,200mm, with thickness ranging from 40 to 210gsm. Maximum speed is 210m/min.

This 380V, 7kW post-press machine measures 6.4x2.8x2m and weighs 2,000kg.
