Paint manufacturer PPG Architectural Coatings, in an article from the National Hardware Show, recommended updated color themes for certain industries. The following palettes are said to elicit certain moods in various settings:
• Good Life: The palette features nature hues for a relaxed setting. It is suitable for restaurants with an al fresco dining experience. Hospitals and retail shops can also use these shades to give off a warm and cozy feel.
• The IntroSense: Appropriate for establishments that require and emphasize privacy and solitude, shades of antique white, dover gray, peach beige, and gypsum comprise the theme.
• I’m Pulse: The hues are said to fuel creativity and expression. Health care centers can benefit from dynamic hues like Cherry Brandy and Jamaican Sea. Restaurants can also imbibe a peppy atmosphere with colors such as Crushed Pineapple and Pollination.
• Co-Leidoscope: The colors seem to evoke a globetrotter experience in shades ranging from Curry Sauce to Blue Bayberry. The set of hues is seen as fit for all establishments, be it a shopping mall, a hotel or a restaurant.
