It has invested $1.38 billion in a three-phase project to be completed by 2028. This venture is dedicated mainly to the manufacture of chip-size passive components and automotive-grade capacitors.
Chinese enterprises use dielectric materials, ferrite cores, copper wires and cases obtained domestically or overseas, depending on customers’ preferences. The cost of these inputs will remain generally stable and keep component prices at current levels.
