Coating options include PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF. The prepainted coil has three layers of coating. Width is up to 1,250mm, coil diameter is 508 or 610mm and weight is 6 tons. The model has a pencil hardness of ≥2H, impact resistance of ≥9J, and withstands acid and alkali. It can be used in various construction and industrial applications.

Jiangyin Wofeng also offers the model WF-DOT02 prepainted coil that comes in custom designs. The base material choices are hot-dipped galvanized iron, aluminum-zinc or cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 0.18 to 1mm. The acid- and alkali-resistant sheet is coated with PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF. It has three layers of paint. Coil diameter is 508 or 610mm, maximum width is 1,250mm and weight is 6 tons. The model has a ≥2H pencil hardness and ≥9J impact resistance. It is suitable as a building material and household appliance casing.

Qingdao Sino's model Sino Steel15-PPGL-20150206 prepainted coil uses 50 to 150gsm aluminum-zinc with a thickness and width of 0.13 to 3 and 600 to 1,500mm, respectively. Surface and color coating options are PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF. The 15 to 25µ top coating is in accordance with the RAL standard while the 7±2µ back coating comes in white, gray or custom hues. Painting is done in two layers and then double-baked. The product has a coil diameter of 508 to 610mm and weighs 3 to 15 tons. It meets ASTM A792, CS-B SGLCC and JIS G3321.

Follows RAL color standard

Shandong Bofeng New Material Co. Ltd
The model BF140913 prepainted galvanized steel coil from Shandong Bofeng has a 40 to 120gsm zinc coating and is 0.16 to 1mm thick. The standard widths are 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500mm. The product's color follows the RAL system. Top painting is 20µ while back coating is 5 to 7µ. Polyester paint is often adopted but other coating types can be requested.

Galvalume steel coil

The base material for Tianjin Qianfeng's Color Coated Steel Coil model is galvalume steel. The prepainted coil is hot-dipped, and adopts PE or PVDF paint and 70 to 250gsm zinc coating. Thickness is 0.13 to 2.5mm, width is 600 to 1,500mm and length is 100 to 250m. It can be used for construction and household appliances. The model complies with AISI, ASTM, BS, DIN, GB and JIS.
