Smart beauty mirror adjusts lighting for precise makeup

This smart mirror allows beauty enthusiasts to put on makeup with exact precision.

Called the Juno mirror, the intelligent makeup mirror incorporates three light settings, namely sunlight, daylight and evening light, enabling users to adjust how they apply makeup, depending on where they are going and at what time of the day. It also comes with a paired smartphone app that stores previous light and hue settings for the next makeup session. The mirror's position can also be changed, letting the users choose the best angle so they can put makeup on with ease.

In addition, the Juno mirror comes with a selfie/livestream mode that serves as a personal lighting system for capturing professional-looking photos and videos.

The smart beauty product has a 5x magnification and runs on rechargeable batteries. It can last up to a week on a full charge. The mirror comes in a cordless and foldable design, with a base that functions as a storage tray for organizing makeup. The unit can also double as a reading light.

The company behind the Juno smart mirror launched recently a Kickstarter campaign where backers can get the product for a discounted price of $39. It is expected to on retail for $79.
