Full Question Is it safe to pay TT (Electronic Transfer) after a copy of the bill of lading has been provided?

Answer When buyers ask “is it safe”, they usually have two concerns in mind.

Will the products they ordered arrive with the right quality? Will the factory ship the goods or will they disappear with the money?

Sending money once the bill of lading has been shown does very little to protect you. It simply shows that something has shipped. But the supplier could be sending you a load of junk. So in my opinion, a buyer is crazy to pay the supplier without doing an independent inspection of the shipment BEFORE the shipment is made and BEFORE final payment takes place.
