The FSA4098RI-15 model is the latest stand fan from Taiwan-based Airmate Electrical Co. Ltd. The Wi-Fi-enabled unit is remotely controlled by a smartphone app. On "eco mode," the model detects temperature and humidity, and makes automatic adjustments on wind speed. Operating status and functions are indicated on the LED display. Twenty-four-hour presetting is supported.

The seven-blade fan has a DCIII motor that saves 50 percent electricity. It has 32 speed levels, including natural, sleep and stand modes.
