Clock is ticking for Apple as its latest wearable product, said to be equipped with fitness sensors, faces production delays.

Can you delay a product that has not been announced yet? Apparently so.

The iWatch is expected to be delayed until November, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI. His previous estimation indicated that it would begin production in September, but complexity in hardware and software pushed the schedule back.

Nevertheless, Mr. Kuo’s note did have some indications on what would be included in the “iWatch”. A flexible AMOLED display with a Sapphire display cover and waterproofing is expected. In addition, the SoC is seen to include a number of sensors primarily focused on health and fitness data, including a pedometer, calorie counter, and possibly other sensors such as hydration and sweat sensors.
