Founded in 2004, Lian Feng Spring and Mattress Factory is a specialized manufacturer of mattress, pocket springs, continuous springs, bonnell spring units, coil spring units, sofa springs, spring coils and other related products.
With a 16,000-square-meter factory, 200 workers and advanced machines, we are capable of a monthly output of 500 pieces spring retiary mattress for beds (semi product) and 800 pieces finished mattresses. Moreover, we have a tooling factory that houses five engineers with eight years of experience that can create one to two new products monthly. Each year, 10 percent of our sales is reinvested in the R&D.
Our 20-auditor QC team, each with five years of experience, ensures our products with six-year warranty are free of defects and are of high quality. In addition, our springs can pass 1,000,000 times tension and compression test.
