As a sole subsidiary of china north industries group corporation (cngc) and china's defence industry leader, luzhou north chemical industry co., ltd. (lncc) is a large scale chemical complex enterprise, with i/e license. Sichuan nitrocell corporation (our shareholding company; is the biggest nitrocellulose manufacturer and trader in the world) is cooperating with hercules and jiangsu feixiang co., ltd.
