In pursuit of energy efficiency, the 11,800sqm factory is designed with a focus on reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency. Key production areas are positioned along double-set windows, which not only cuts down on daytime energy use but also provides a bright workspace. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art energy-saving features, such as a robotic powder-coat oven using direct-fired heating technology, saving around 25% more energy than traditional methods. Additionally, all lighting, both indoors and outdoors, is provided by high-efficiency LED fixtures, and chemical and water treatment adheres to the highest environmental standards.

Annual capacity of 600,000 units
With strong production capabilities, Nextrise can manufacture all Mac Sports products, including wagons, chairs, and hammocks in both aluminum and steel. Currently, the combined annual production capacity for Mac wagon and club chairs stands at 600,000 units, with the potential to double this output if the need arises.
