Shandong Huasheng Rubber Co., Ltd is one of the major tire manufacturers in China. It was established in 1995 and covers an area of about 550,000 square meters, with over 4,500 employees.

Production Capacity of 10 Million Tires Annually
The company owns three plants in Dongying City of Shandong Province, China. The annual production capacity of the TBR plant is 10 million tires, and the annual production capacity of the PCR plant is 18 million tires. We also have a plant to produce TBB & conveyor belts.

We introduced the Italian Rudolph calender, Japanese GOD mixing machine, German Troester extruding line, U.S.A. Akron uniformity and dynamic balancing machine to ensure the best quality and the most complete quality control system.

ISO/IS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 17025, the highest standards for the laboratory. Tires comply with DOT, E-mark, ECE R117, GCC, INMETRO, BIS, and SNI.
