Shanghai Hermzi Fashion Co. Ltd was founded in 2011, and our owner, Mr Miao, has been working in garment business since 1999. His first company, J&W which was establish in the beginning of 2008, was one trading company in Shanghai, with a design team for men's and women's woven outerwear collection. Each month, there are 20 new styles for selection. We also have sample room with CAD for paper pattern making and workers for sampling.
Our Products
Our products include various kinds of woven outerwears for men and women, including down jackets, padding jackets, casual jackets, wind jackets, coats and more.
Factory Covering 2,000 Square Meters
HERMZI Handan belongs to our own factory which located in the city of Handan, Hebei. It was established in 2016, with total investment of RMB 1.5 million, covering an area of 2,000 square meters. There are 100 employees and 5 production lines. Production capacity is more than 100,000 pieces of outwear of different styles.
Utilizing Advanced Machines to Complete Orders
Factory is equipped with modern high-tech equipment like high-speed parallel sewing machines, two-needle sewing machines, four-thread over lock machines, five-thread over lock machines, computerized buttonhole sewing machine, button sewing machine, computerized knot tying machine, electric cutting machines, charge pile machines, template machine, CAD pattern making machine and other modern advanced sewing machine, with total number of more than 800 sets.
