HOZO Laundry Equipment - Commercial Laundry Solutions Since 1994

Shanghai Huazhuo Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (brand name: HOZO) has been designing and manufacturing commercial laundry equipment since 1994. We serve hotel, hospital, and industrial laundry operations in over 30 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Europe.

Product Range

Our product line covers the full commercial laundry workflow: washer-extractors (15-150kg), tumble dryers, flatwork ironers (1 to 6 rollers, steam and gas-heated), linen feeders, folding machines, and dedicated pillowcase finishing lines. We also manufacture barrier washers for healthcare laundries requiring clean/soiled separation.

Pillowcase Finishing - Our Specialty

HOZO developed one of the first dedicated pillowcase ironing lines in the industry, with a patented 725mm roller diameter S-type design optimized for small-format textiles. This allows hotels and central plants to process pillowcases in parallel with bed sheets, rather than sequentially on the main ironing line.

Manufacturing and Quality

Our factory in Shanghai operates a complete in-house production process including sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and testing. All equipment is built to order and can be customized to specific plant requirements. We hold CE certification and multiple utility model patents.

Export Experience

With 30+ years of export experience, we provide full project support including plant layout design, equipment selection, installation guidance, and after-sales technical support. We exhibit annually at Texcare Asia and China  Laundry Expo.
