Company Overview
Shanghai Tianbao Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 2001 and located in the Baoshan Luonan Economic Development Zone, near the most advanced steel manufacturing base in China. The location also provides us a convenient access to freight services offered by Shanghai international air and sea ports. Furthermore, we also have our own import and export license of industrial fasteners, which is to provide you efficient ordering process.
With factory facilities covering a total of 20,000 square meters, we produce cold forged steel nuts, bolts, washers and other fasteners for uses in automotive, energy, telecommunications, electronics, electrical appliances and other related industries. These products have M5-M30 specifications, and meet various international industrial standards, including GB, ISO, DIN (Germany), ANSI (USA), BIS (UK), and JIS (Japan) among others.
Moreover, we can also manufacture non-standard products in accordance with customized requirements. These series are available in 4, 6, 8, 10 and more levels, with the total annual output volume now exceeding 30,000MT(approximately 7 billion pieces). For cold forged hexagonal nuts, we have a capacity of over 24,000MT per year, making us one of the largest professional manufacturers of these products in mainland China. Currently about 70% of all products are being exported to our main international markets such as Europe, Australia, Africa, North America and more.
