Shenzhen Nanway Industrial Co., Ltd was established in 2004. We are a supplier specializing in the design, development, and production of smartwatches and wireless headphones. Our company has 30 sales personnel in overseas market, which can provide professional one-to-one sales services. Our cooperative factory has 19 experienced engineers and the workshop covers 6,000 square meters with 150 workers and 12 production lines for smartwatches. We have obtained many domestic and overseas patent awards.
 
OEM/ODM Orders Accepted
We have various advanced production equipment and multiple production lines for our smart watches, such as glue dispensers, waterproof testing machines, industrial computers, thermostat calibration boxes, grinders' plastic sealing machines, and test stands. Our production capacity can meet a large number of OEM/ODM orders. Our daily production capacity is up to 10,000 pieces of smartwatches.
 
Implementing Strict Quality Control
Our production process is very strict and professional. Starting from the purchase, the raw materials must undergo rigorous testing. After being tested, they will be loaded into the production line, and we will keep upgrading the motherboard and weld. Our QC will check the welding effect, and the motherboard will be assembled. QC will also test the semi-finished products, assemble the watch band, fix the screws, and test the whole machine again. Then the finished product enters the packaging production line. After packaging, the finished products are spot-checked again. We will carry out a 100% inspection before shipment to ensure that all products such as smartwatches, bracelets, wristbands, and vacuum cleaners are qualified.
