Three factories housing advanced machinery
You can count on our strong production capability. We have three factories, housing 24 production lines and an array of state-of-the-art machinery. These facilities include 23 high-speed computer-control embroidery machines and sets of Brother- and Juki-branded sewing machines made in Japan. With a workforce of 660 members, we can turn out 500,000 pieces for each series monthly.
150 QC officers to ensure quality
We have 150 QC officers with an average of over six years' industry experience. They conduct a stringent QC process to ensure top quality you demand. We check all batches of raw materials thoroughly and inspect finished products according to AQL 2.5 standards. As a result, we have never received a single returned product since our establishment.
