WEMADE INDUSTRIAL GROUP CO., LIMITED was established in 2006 with a factory located in Shenzhen, China. We specialize in designing and manufacturing molds and molded parts, with nearly 200 work staff working under ISO 9001 guidelines. We’ve been doing business with overseas customers for many years.
We are specialized in plastic injection molds, two-shot molds, over molds, insert molds, die casting molds for zinc die casting/aluminum die casting/magnesium die casting, removing burrs, polishing, high polishing, magnetic grinding, tapping, anodizing, powder coating, painting, plating and many more.

We always provide prompt services, smooth communication, zero-defect quality and timely delivery. We attach high importance on customers’ satisfaction during production, thus all procedures are strictly being controlled in accordance with customers’ requirement.
Our company has been producing large volume components for mobile phone, home appliances, automobile parts, motor parts, lighting, measurement devices and a variety of electronic products, giving us an honorable reputation and a long standing business relationship with Brammo, Planar, Samsung, BYD and BBK.

Thus, a full set of measuring equipment is added such as one set of CMM from the US, one projector, 2-D measurement instrument, Mitutoyo height measuring instrument, Mitutoyo block gauge, and Mitutoyo pin gauge, as well as salt spray testing machine, oven and hardness testing machine.

Our company has 15 members in engineering design, six members in project management capable of 3D modeling software (UG, Pro/E, and SolidWorks), and 85 workers involve in R&D, engineering design, project management, machining processes, tool assembly, tool measurement and mock up samples.

- Four sets of CNC machines and one set of Mori Seiki high speed CNC machine imported from Japan for mold fabrication, four sets of high precision CNC machines for product processing
- Five sets of EDM machines imported from Taiwan and two sets mirror EDM imported from Japan
- Four sets of zinc die casting machines
- Two sets of specialized magnesium die casting machines
- Four sets of die casting machines, aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy can share the same machine, but just need to change the furnace
- 20 sets of plastic injection machines
