Wuxi City Baolai Battery is a professional battery manufacturer located in Jiangsu Province, which is about 150km from Shanghai City, mainland China. We are specialized in m*-free alkali manganese (LR) batteries, and m*- and cadmium-free P-type zinc-manganese batteries under the registered brand names “SAGITAR” and “DUKECELL”. The majority of our customers come from Europe, the US and the Middle East, with an export exchange value accounting for 80% of the total sales income.
An Annual Turnout Reaching 300 Million Pieces
With our continuous efforts in the field, our 50,000sqm facility is staffed with 350 skilled workers, 30 R&D personnel and is outfitted with 18 advanced production lines. Moreover, the present annual output for batteries has reached 300 million pieces, including 200 million dry cell batteries.

To ensure the stable quality, our QC team implements quality control procedures strictly in compliance to a high-level standard. We strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14000 guidelines. After years of hard work, we own a primary battery engineering technical center, with strong technical power, which ensures each order, contains flawless products.
For your added assurance, our products are compliant with GB/2828, GB/T7112-1998-2013 (eqv IEC60086-2 1997) standards. All dry batteries are in accordance with European standards like 98/101/EC (CE-certified), 2006/66/EC, 2013/56/EU (SGS-certified), 89/336/EEC (EMC Directive), IEC60086, and the RoHS and REACH Directive.
