About us
YB International was originally founded by CEO Alex Park in 2002. He opened our head office and factory in Yiwu, Zhejiang province the same year. Since its opening YB has expanded to become one of the biggest fashion accessories suppliers to the world markets for ladies, men and childrenswear. We have customers worldwide, including Asia, Europe and America. Our Accessory key product areas are Lightweight scarves, Heavyweight scarves, Cold weather items, Hair Accessories, Belts and gifting products. As we are a direct factory we have a dedicated team within our Head office in China assigned to each of our fashion markets and every account has its own designated account manager, this allows us to forge strong relationships with our customers and a clear understanding of what each client requires.

Since our initial opening, we now have over 230 employees in our global offices. In 2008 we expanded in China by opening our Guangzhou sourcing office, followed by the UK office in 2010. Our UK office is integral to our business as it strongly supports our all accounts. The team in the UK regularly undertake sourcing trips and has a strong design team focussing on-trend and product, we also help the China account teams with meetings and buyer relationships. In 2013 we opened our Shanghai office, again we use this site for design and a part of merchandising. Till now, this office has helped to support our growth within this market, plus allowing us to follow trend and style further across the global business.

In this office we employ our greatest number of staff, many of these have worked with us since the company was established. We pride ourselves highly on our core values which include being happy at work and Alex is keen to ensure that he supports all of our employees by rewarding them all for loyalty and hard work. Our staff are offered many training and learning programs including English and reading lessons all offering yearly incentives. We also support long employment with backpacking and cultural trips after 2 years staff get to visit Korea, after 5 years in Europe and after 10 years in America.
