For the past 20 years, Yuanda Valve Group Co. Ltd has been providing valves to buyers from more than 30 countries around the world. With over 3,350 skilled technicians and workers, we produce 80,000 tons of valves in more than 150 series and 3,000 specifications every year. This makes us one of the largest valve manufacturers in China. We manufacture valves in accordance with CE, DIN, EN 1074, GHOST and KS requirements.
Exporting to Different Countries
Every year, we export 20,000 tons of products to the US, 20,000 tons to Europe and 15,000 tons throughout Asia. Other export markets include Russia, Kazakhstan, the Ukraine and dozens of others. Buyers have come to trust in our ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified production and API 6D certification. Crane from the US, Dongjin Valve from South Korea and ADL from Russia all source from us.
Having Three Semi-automatic Machines
We have three semi-automatic machines from the US, two automatic product lines from Japan, one high-precision line and many resin sand product lines. Plus, our factory holds three Siemens CNC machining centers for making molds, 80 CNC lathes and 400 other lathes. Our cast iron materials are GG20, GG25 and GG30 types. Our ductile iron types are QT400, QT450, QT500 and other variations. We also use WCA, WCB and WCC.
