Chandelier in a pendant lamp

The King Edison Ghost Pendant Lamp is a combination of a pendant lamp, bulb and chandelier. When not yet lit, one can see a simple black glass bulb hanging from a long cord. When lit, a small chandelier glows inside. The candelabra inside adopts brass while the glass is hand-blown.

The design of the stylish pendant lamp is said to blend contemporary and modern styles of lighting fixture, matching modern black countertops and furniture or vintage-themed spaces.

This unique design shows that Edison bulbs, while being known for being antique, can be upgraded and improved in style. Besides the King Edison Ghost Pendant Lamp, releases from other manufacturers have become more stylish over the years. For instance, China-made models come with single to multiple wire filaments in different loop styles, such as heart-, fountain-like and tangled.
