The FCL125C model from Solar Plus Co. is a warm-peeling PET release dicing tape designed for MLCC cutters. It consists of a 100µ PET film, 31µ warm-peeling adhesive and 50µm release liner. Release temperature is between 95 and 120 C. The tape is also suitable for fastening electronic chips for easy cutting.

Solar Plus manufactures PET protective tape for 3M, Nitto, Foxconn, YAGEO, Walsin, ASE, Asus, Spin Siliconware, TSMC, AUO, Inno Lux and Unimicron. It based in Taipei, Taiwan.
