The model Airwheel A3 self-balancing scooter from Airwheel (Changzhou) Technology Co. Ltd has an anti-vibration seat and a 4in LED screen that indicates speed, temperature, power and mileage. The product runs on a 2x500W maglev motor powered by a 520 or 680Wh Samsung battery. This allows a riding distance of 40 to 60km and a max speed of 16kph. In terms of safety, the scooter has speed limit and incline protection warnings, and alerts for overheating, -charging, -discharging, short circuiting and battery equalization.

The scooter's frame and shell are made of aluminum magnesium alloy and nanomaterials, making them sturdy, polished, scratch-resistant and colorfast. The model measures 613x587x1,280mm, weighs 34kg and can carry a load of 120kg. An accompanying mobile app provides users more product information, including walking range, battery level, location guide and anti-theft functions.
